Next-Generation Digital Library

PNM (Perpustakaan Negara Malaysia) — the National Library of Malaysia, which initiated a project to build a digital platform that automates key processes and provides convenient access to library resources.

To develop a unified system that brings together administrators, publishers, and users, enabling ISBN/ISSN generation, publication management, and centralized access to digital materials.

We designed and built a single digital platform that connects administrators, publishers, and users. The system automates key processes, ensures secure access, and provides seamless interaction with library resources — creating a transparent and scalable foundation for future growth.

The National Library gained a centralized digital ecosystem that integrates all processes and user roles. ISBN/ISSN generation, publication uploads, and cataloging were fully automated, significantly improving transparency and usability. The platform is scalable and has become a cornerstone of library digitalization in Malaysia.
