Description
The Senior Project Manager oversees IT projects end-to-end: from planning and task setting to monitoring progress and delivering results to the client. The role includes ensuring transparent communication between the team and the client, managing risks, timelines, and budgets, as well as optimizing processes to improve team efficiency.
Main Tasks
- Develop and defend product strategy.
- Manage multiple teams/streams.
- Set and track goals using OKRs and KPIs.
- Implement and monitor product and business metrics (CR, CAC, LTV, ARPU).
- Calculate unit economics and financial models.
- Mentor and develop the PM team.
- Optimize scalable management processes (Lean, DesignOps, DevOps).
- Lead discovery processes and manage risks.
