Description
The HR Manager is responsible for recruitment, employee development and retention, as well as for coordinating corporate culture initiatives. The main goal of this role is to enhance productivity and foster an effective team environment.
Main Tasks
- Search and recruitment of personnel.
- Drafting job profiles and ideal candidate portraits.
- Posting vacancies on various platforms and actively sourcing candidates.
- Conducting initial interviews and supporting candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborating with department heads on role requirements.
- Supporting onboarding and adaptation of new employees during their first months.
- Participating in HR projects and contributing to the development of corporate culture.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment.
- Proficiency in sourcing methods (cold search, job platforms, social media, professional communities).
- Experience collaborating with department heads and defining job profiles.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Experience in managing the full employee adaptation cycle (onboarding, 1:1 meetings, PR).
- Knowledge of modern HR tools, software, and reporting systems.
- Skills in performance evaluation (360 feedback, case studies, testing).
- Experience in planning and implementing employee development programs (IDP, trainings).
- Strong communication skills, systems thinking, initiative, and ability to work independently.
